So what sets us apart?  The answer is our business model.  Rather than focusing on selling generic, pre-turned pens we instead offer customers the ability to custom create their own pen (or other project) from start to finish. 

The key to this is amazing customer service.  Our customers choose the turning blank of their choice from the vendor of their choice. They then choose the shape and design elements of their pen.  After the pen is completed they will be notified through the Facebook group and asked for an approval.  If the customer approves of the finished project through the approval photo post, it will then be shipped to them. Carol is available via email, Facebook messenger, or Etsy messages to provide 1-on-1 assistance as needed in selecting the perfect item.

Orders for pens and other projects are taken immediately.  Turnaround time will vary (we stay pretty busy) but generally runs from 30 to 45 days.  While this may seem a long wait keep in mind this is a totally custom, personalized project and not a generic pre-made item.  We understand the anticipation and offer 100% transparency in our business model by posting photos and videos on our Facebook group, Facebook business page, Instragram, Tiktok, and YouTube channels. 

I keep mentioning "other projects", isn't this just about diamond paining pens?  Oh, no!  We offer many other projects!  Writing pens, pencils, letter openers, crochet hooks, key chains, seam rippers, necklaces, measuring cups/spoons, bottle openers, coffee scoops, ice cream scoops, pizza cutters, back scratchers, razor handles and stands, light pulls, magnifiers......If there is a kit we can probably turn it!

We offer a no interest, no additional fees layaway program!  Place your order and pay as you can.  There is a Customer Loyalty program that offers a credit with every fifth blank paid for and an additional bonus every twenty-fifth blank.  We offer a birthday gift of 25% off any one item during a customer's birthday month and give one pen away free monthly to someone with a birthday that month. We offer gift certificates so you can surprise your friend or loved one with the opportunity to create their own custom project. Our group holds a monthly customer appreciation giveaway drawing for a free pen.  While our focus is on custom pens we offer occasional immediate purchase items. We like to think of our group as a community and not just a sales page.

Unfortunately, while there are many talented, reputable turners out there, there are also many scammers.  We have seen our share of fly-by-night, take-the-money-and-run operations.  We are proud of our stellar reputation with over five years of being open for business and well over 15,000 customers and countless unique items created for customers world-wide.  We offer 100% transparency in our business model, with progress reports and approval photos.  Our Facebook group is public and open for review.  Just browse the page to see the items we have created and customer appreciation photos that our customers post.  We have a good name and reputation and we cherish that. 

On that same note, all of our business is done through Paypal.  When you purchase from us every transaction we complete is done via paypal as a purchase of goods. This gives you 100% buyer protection if something were to go wrong in the transaction. Additionally, since we use a paypal business account, all of our transactions are tracked and reported back to us to enable us to correctly pay our income taxes.  It is very important for our customers to know you should NEVER make a payment over the internet to someone you don't know via paypal to "friends and family". This is considered a "gift" and you have zero protection.  Beware any seller who insists on a "friends and family" payment or any other form of payment that offers no protection!
